FAQs
What are they?
Answer: Jewelry
These pendants are designed to be worn as a necklace.
They can be strung onto a favorite chain or chord.
How are they made?
Answer: Using a process called Flameworking
Glass rods and tubes are skillfully melted and manipulated by hand in a flame.
Once the piece is complete, it is set in a kiln and put through an annealing, or cooling cycle.
Are they Fragile?
Answer: Not especially
Although they are made entirely out of glass, they are designed and constructed to be durable enough to wear for any occasion.
They do not require any special care or upkeep.

About Me
My name is Andrew Clay Tischler. I was born on June 23, 1989 and raised in small rural towns an hour east of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
I received a B.S. in Graphic Design and a Minor in Philosophy from the California University of Pennsylvania in 2012.
I worked for a year as a Technician’s Apprenticeship at the Pittsburgh Glass Center in 2013.
Since then I’ve taught workshops, demonstrated, and vended for organizations and events all over western Pennsylvania.
